I am most passionate about coaching my students to be more confident, coordinated, creative, and joyful! I aim to create a safe space with just enough structure to allow you to explore your own ways of moving, then I help you to refine what already comes naturally to you. Together we create your dance, whether it be a performance routine or a lead/follow social dance. Above all, I stand for body positivity, self awareness, and balance across your physical, mental, and emotional life. I love creating and growing, and I want you with me on my journey!
