The Vibrant Body Fitness program enables young, professional New Yorkers to experience powerful bodies, focused minds, and balanced lifestyles. We offer sword-based Jungshin Fitness classes. Particular classes target strength, cardio, coordination, grace, and focus; all uphold our body positive values, which promote ever more vibrant bodies and minds. Our community is powerful, outside and in!

Our Philosophy:

Our classes are designed to keep you in your fat burning heart-rate in order to encourage long-term physical health without unnecessary strain on your body. Our classes are all challenging, yet never exhausting or painful, because ain't nobody got time for that incapacitating soreness. Classes are designed for anyone looking to be more confident and functional in their everyday life. You can expect to gain strength, healthier movement habits, and more balance across your physical, intellectual, and emotional well-being for a more vibrant, dependable body. 

 

We coach and encourage you to work toward your peak fitness health, and we always empower you to enjoy your fitness journey and honor your body. Your health is the most important thing you have!

It is for anyone, women and men alike, who is bored with their current workout, looking for more confidence and creativity, or who is seeking a more active, fulfilling, and healthy lifestyle. Jungshin is tough and super fun!

You can expect to power your Sword through various martial arts strikes and stances. The sword uniquely helps you draw attention to your breath and core. The method increases your ability to control your own momentum and manipulate your physical environment- valuable life skills that most fitness programs fail to realize.
